RETURNS
You are free to return a product for exchange or credit at any-time within 10 days of the date of purchase, with the exception of items that show neglect, wear or use. Before sending anything back, please contact your sales person to obtain an RMA#. Go to the My Accounts section and -Download- the returns form, email or fax that form to your sales person with the description of your return and follow the instruction.
After 10 days we require a 25% restocking fee for any returns to cover freight and handing fees. At this point you are responsible for the inbound and outbound shipping charges.
WARRANTY
We work very closely with all our suppliers and go to great lengths to carry only the highest quality products, every item in our site is covered by this warranty.

SHIPPING
We use USPS, FEDEX and UPS for all our shipping needs, on all order shipped within the USA including Alaska and Puerto Rico.

If you have an order that requires to arrive on a specific date, we do have expedited shipping options, but would prefer that you contact us first to make sure we can meet your deadlines.
CANCELLATIONS
Yes you can cancel an order at any time by contacting us, however if your order was already shipped, we cannot refund or cancel your order until it arrives back to our office. (you will be responsible for the cost of shipping outbound-and-inbound plus 15% restocking).
